If one has to be successful in life, the first and foremost thing that they must do is to learn to respect others. Respecting others means acknowledging others strength and their position. How do u think this would help in your success? Its very simple, when you donot respect others strengths you tend to develop a negative attitude, and if you tend to develop a negative attitude whatever activity you indulge in would definitely affect your performance. It is very much important to understand your strength, acknowledge other's strength and then go about in your life. When god created you in this earth, he definitely has made you with some positive qualities which might not be with the other person. when you acknowledge the other person's strength you would feel free to ask his/her help, you would not mind getting tips from them and so on. So, when you start respecting others positive, then you are definitely moving a step ahead in the positive direction.
