Secret of Success - Responsibilities

I had written about looking at problems as an opportunity. To have that attitude one must start taking responsibilities. Responsibilities both for success and failure. You need the will power.
In my life there have been many instances where i had successfully used this secret in a positive way. When ever i had attempted to solve the problem i had get set with the mind set that i would do my best, rather than just attempting to solve. When you Just attempt or when you just give a try, as days pass, you loose the interest and the problem ends up just a problem.

So if you are some one who is just going to give out a reason that "i have tried a lot" its an incomplete sentence and incomplete act. No job is complete unless it is 100 %.
Lets take a software project and assume the team has completed 99% of the project, but the remaining 1% which has to be completed may lead to lot of bugs. The remaining 1% may cause problems to the rest 99% code and design. Can you feel the difference? Own the responsibility, once you own it naturally you would strive hard for success. No one likes themselves to be a failure.
